Shape Consulting Engineers is delighted to celebrate the successful completion of The Vaults, a landmark residential development in Liverpool’s thriving Baltic Triangle.
Delivered in partnership with Torus, HMS and the wider project team, the development provides 64 high-quality Rent to Buy apartments alongside commercial space at ground floor level, helping to meet the growing demand for affordable housing while supporting the continued regeneration of one of Liverpool’s most dynamic neighbourhoods.
Shape Consulting Engineers provided the civil and structural engineering design for the scheme, working collaboratively with the project team from the earliest stages of concept development through detailed design, BIM coordination and construction support.
The completion of The Vaults represents another successful residential project for Shape and demonstrates the value of close collaboration between client, consultants and contractor in delivering high-quality developments.
The project was delivered by an experienced team comprising Torus as Client, HMS as Main Contractor, Brock Carmichael Architects as Architect, Davies Partnership as M&E Consultant, Anderton Gables as Quantity Surveyor, Tetra Tech as Principal Designer, and Shape Consulting Engineers as Civil and Structural Engineers.
