Shape Consulting Engineers is pleased to be providing structural engineering design services for the refurbishment of Sandwell Court in Birmingham, where works are now underway to transform and enhance 70 residential apartments.
Appointed by McCauls, Shape is supporting the delivery of structural repairs and alterations as part of a comprehensive programme of refurbishment works designed to improve the building for both existing and future residents.
The project is being delivered in collaboration with McCauls, Wilkinson Cowan Partnership on behalf of Ocasa Homes, with Shape providing structural engineering expertise throughout the refurbishment programme.
The appointment reflects Shape Consulting Engineers’ continued growth in the refurbishment and remediation sector, where the practice supports clients across the UK in delivering practical, efficient and sustainable engineering solutions for existing buildings.
