We are delighted to share that The Willows, a scheme delivered in partnership with JDA Architects for Irwell Valley Homes, has been shortlisted for a Northern Housing Awards in the Supported/Sheltered Housing Scheme of the Year category.
This recognition highlights the strength of collaboration across the project team and reflects a shared commitment to delivering high-quality, community-focused housing that makes a lasting difference.
Shape Consulting Engineers provided civil and structural engineering services on the scheme, working closely with JDA Architects and the wider team to help bring forward a development that prioritises safety, sustainability, and the needs of its residents.
